A visionary by attitude, Mr. Aggarwal has built the Continental group brick by brick over the years. He is a commerce graduate by qualification and has been spearheading the group for over 50 years now. With a humble beginning of trading in food products, Mr. Aggarwal initiated the construction of his own manufacturing unit of dairy products in 1991 which started commercial shipments of Skimmed Milk Powder, Ghee and Dairy Whitener in 1994. Today the group has various manufacturing facilities including Band Drying, Vacuum Oven Drying, Spray Drying, Cereal Extrusion and Dry Blending.
Mr. Aggarwal strongly believes in giving back to society and is humbled by the opportunity to serve various NGOs and charities some of which are listed below:
President- Kamla Devi Memorial Educational Welfare & Charitable Societyrunning Delhi English Academy School, Dwarka, New Delhi: A school for the underprivileged with academics upto Class X in CBSE board. Spread over 6.5 acres of land with vast football & cricket fields and facilities for basketball, badminton and more. The school proudly serves over 650 students.
Trustee- Sitaram Agarwal Charitable Hospital, Haridwar, Uttarakhand: A hospital specializing is Eye treatment, specifically Cataract. Over 100 patients are treated daily and at least 3 surgeries done.
President- Hazarimal Durga Dutt Charitable Trust running Hanumat Dham Dharamsala, Salasar, Rajasthan: A large resting facility with over 52 rooms each with Air Conditioning and LCD along with attached bathroom. Additionally, it houses a large Satsang hall and dining hall. All these facilities are provided at nominal non-profit fee. The Dharamshala organizes a Bhandara 365 days outside its doors for pilgrims visiting Salasar.
MR. DEEPAK AGGARWAL (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Currently leads the Continental group and has been leading the team for last 25 years. By qualification he is a Commerce Graduate and is a firm believer of success through delegation and authority. His working principal evolves around giving responsibility and authority to the team and macro managing through efficient reporting and result monitoring. He was been instrumental in diversifying the group into Malted Milk Foods, Extruded Cereal and Food Ingredients. Following his father’s footsteps, he is also a keen participant in various NGOs and charities and make special effort to find time for participating in various charitable and cultural events.
MR. ANISH GARG (DIRECTOR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
Heads the business development at Continental Milkose and is instrumental in strategy planning and new initiatives. He has completed his bachelor’s in business administration from IP University, New Delhi and MBA from University of South Carolina, USA. He has rich experience in Business Development, Research & Development, Regulatory and Information technology. He has also been actively involved in setting up of new manufacturing & packing lines in food & nutrition and is instrumental in driving the group from a family managed business to a professionally managed organization.
MR. SUJITH JAIN (SR. MANAGER - NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT)
Leads the product development at Continental Milkose and has an overall experience of more than 22 years in food industry. His history includes various roles in Nestle and Abbott Nutrition. He has worked on various nutritional products, latest manufacturing technologies and best Food Safety and GMP practices. By qualification he is Chemical Engineer from IIMTS, Certified Six Sigma Black and Green Belt from IACT Global, also holds certification on Executive General Management Programme from IIM Calcutta.
