Nupure's Sodium Caseinate

Sodium Caseinate can be used in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal care products, Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry. Sodium Caseinate is used as food emulsifier and thickening agent in bread, biscuits, candy, cakes, ice cream, yogurt drinks, and margarine, gravy, fast food, meat and seafood products.

Sodium Caseinate is the biochemical name for casein, which is a type of protein found in the milk from all mammals. Casein, which is Latin for “cheese,” is a major component of commercial cheese and its principle source of protein. Some people are allergic to sodium caseinate, and it has been linked to some human diseases, mainly autism and gastrointestinal problems.

Nupure's Tamarind Powder

Tamarind powder is a unique Indian condiment sweet and sour in taste and is high in tartaric acid. Its powder is prepared from tamarind pulp/paste which is widely used in households for culinary purpose. Tamarind powder is a free flowing powder made from natural tamarind pulp. The product possesses the qualities of natural pulp and has the added advantage of ease in handling, transport and storage of the product. This product has the rich original flavour of tamarind and can be easily dispensed at household level. Tamarind/Tamarind powder is an important condiment/adjunct used daily as a souring agent in the preparation of sambar, rasam, puliogere, chutney, sauces, etc. The sourness is due to tartaric, malic and citric acids present in tamarind fruit. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. Tamarind powder adds the natural taste, aroma, flavor of tamarind to food products. It has typical sour and tangy taste profile that can be used in convienence food like instant premixes, and culinary seasoning.
