Caramel Powder

Caramel powder is made by heating food grade carbohydrates like corn starch or sugar in a controlled environment. This powder has a mild bitter, burnt–sugar flavor, which will not interfere with the taste of your confectionaries or drinks. The colour is naturally stable in conditions like acidity, direct light and high temperature.
