Skim Milk Powder is fat free Milk Powder having white or white with greenish ting to light cream colour and meet BIS Specification No.IS: 13334 PART  I.

Skim Milk Powder is prepared by removing the fat from whole milk by using cream separator followed by removel of water through spray drying process.Since the fat is removed it is suitable for many therapeutic conditions like diabetic,obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases, hypertension etc.  The product can be used in preparing a variety of milk based product such as:Tea, Coffee, Ice-cream, Milk-shake, Curd, Chenna and Khoa.
